1. How do I become a member?

2. Do I need to sign a contract to become a member?
No contract is required to become a member and have a Visual Link.
3. Will my monthly Visual Link listing fees ever increase?
No. Once you sign up your listing fee will remain the same as long as you remain a member.
4. How long does it take to complete my package after purchasing?
Processing time for creating your Visual Link package is approximately 1 week
5. I don't see a category in the Visual Link directory that fits my needs. Can I name one for me specifically?
Absolutely! If you don't see your category, we'll be glad to create one so people can find you easily.
6. How much text can I use for my description under my Visual Link?
4-5 sentences is usually sufficient to effectively communicate about your services or products.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept Checks and Money Orders. All payment should be made payable to Clear Connection, Inc.
8. What is the billing cycle?
Quarterly, (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st)
9. Can I have my Visual Link, text or web link edited once it's been posted on the internet?
