1. How do I become a member?

2. Do I need to sign a contract to become a member?
No contract is required to become a member and have a Visual Link.
3. Will my monthly Visual Link listing fees ever increase?
No. Once you sign up your listing fee will remain the same as long as you remain a member.
4. How long does it take to complete my package after purchasing?
Processing time for creating your Visual Link package is approximately 1-3 weeks depending on which level you purchased.
5. I don't see a category in the Visual Link directory that fits my needs. Can I name one for me specifically?
Absolutely! If you don't see your category, we'll be glad to create one so people can find you easily.
6. How much text can I use for my description under my Visual Link?
3-5 sentences is usually sufficient to effectively communicate about your services or products.
7. Can I receive a price discount if I order 2 or more Visual Link packages?

Currently we accept Checks and Money Orders. All payment should be made payable to Clear Connection, Inc.

Quarterly, (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st)
